Time and AUC above a user defined concentration
There are occasions when in is desirable to have an estimate for 'AUC and Time Above' for a concentration-time profile above a certain value, such as a known MIC.
The example below (copied directly from the PCModfit 'Time above' spreadsheet) shows the results for 7 profiles where a MIC value of 150 was requested.
